You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You own everything you create on Vellu.me. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your notes, attachments, or other content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, transmitting, and displaying your content back to you).
Vellu.me offers optional end-to-end encryption. When enabled, your notes are encrypted before leaving your device. We cannot read, recover, or decrypt your encrypted content. If you lose your encryption password and recovery key, your encrypted data is permanently inaccessible. We are not responsible for data loss due to lost encryption credentials.
You may not use Vellu.me to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive to keep Vellu.me available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vellu.me after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
